Sally Hubbard, director of enforcement strategy, appeared on C-SPAN’s “The Communicators” to discuss competition in digital technology markets, potential regulatory actions, and consumer rights.

“Antitrust is about preserving competition in the marketplace to ensure that we all get the benefit of the best products and services that can be delivered to us and the most innovation and choice— because we have an open market where the best innovators are rewarded instead of having dominant firms that rule the economy, pick the winners and losers, squash competitors, and acquire competitive threats. So it’s really about preserving competition so that we can have both economic liberty and the so the American dream can thrive.”
